Hi, My name is Lanijah Jones and I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I want to help people brand and maintain their businesses by making logos, mockups, and short videos where pixels and colors come together to communicate emotions, ideas, and narratives. As an emerging graphic designer, I am motivated by the belief that design has the power to shape perceptions, provoke thoughts, and inspire change. I am committed to lifelong learning and research in this rapidly changing digital environment. My creative vision is sharpened by technology, which enables me to push boundaries and discover uncharted design territory. My goal is to leave an enduring mark, not just in pixels and vectors, but in the hearts and minds of those who experience my creations.
My love for graphic design started in high school where I learned how to use photoshop by making small projects. During the Covid-19 lockdown, my sister started a small business known as Sweets & Treats By Lay. For her business I created her logo and design her custom orders for her customers.
